Richard P. Wallace, the firm's managing partner,
graduated from Brown University and Albany Law School, cum laude,
and practices in the areas of trusts and estates, business and
corporations and not-for-profit law. He is the co-chair of the
Continuing Legal Education Committee of the NYS Bar Association
Section on Trusts and Estates.
Kirby W. DiLorenzo practices mainly in the areas
of banking and commercial law. He has a B.A. with honors from
Alfred University and is a graduate of Albany Law School and a
member of the Commercial Law League of America.
Robert Wm. Johnson III, is an estate and trust
lawyer and a member of the New York State Bar Association's Trust
and Estate Section's Executive Committee. He is a graduate of
Middlebury College and Albany Law School and a Fellow of the New
York Bar Foundation.
