The Labor, Employment and Education Law Department represents management in both the public and private sectors, including school districts and colleges. We provide counsel in the areas of labor negotiations, arbitrations, employment discrimination, workers' compensation, human resources, pensions, compensation and employee benefits, safety and health, personnel policies and practices, employment contracts, and executive compensation arrangements and pension and profit sharing.
